Service area: Brisbane's western and south-western suburbs: the Centenary suburbs, Forest Lake and Inala. Each suburb below has its own page. Nearby suburbs can still be quoted through the form, but don't get a page until there's something genuinely local to say.

Postcode 4073. Riverside suburb with a mix of older homes, newer houses and an industrial edge.
Forest Lake
Postcode 4078. Master-planned 1990s–2000s suburb around a central lake, with many original roofs.

Local roofs and weather
Inala's post-war homes, the Centenary suburbs' 1970s and 80s brick and tile homes, and Forest Lake's 1990s–2000s estate homes are each at a different point in their roof's life. Queensland's severe weather season runs roughly October to April. Riverside streets in Jindalee, Riverhills and Seventeen Mile Rocks can sit in flood overlays, which affects ceilings and insulation after a flood more than the roof itself.
