Who we are
Taylor Made Media Pty Ltd (ABN 14 701 620 144), Queensland, operates this website. Contact: contact@taylormademedia.ai. Address: 48 Jane St, West End QLD 4101 (ASIC registered address).
What we collect
When you ask for a quote: your suburb and postcode, job type, timeline, budget band, job description, name, mobile, email and an optional photo. We also record the time, the page you used and basic technical data (IP address and browser) to stop spam.
Why
We use it to pass your request to one local QBCC-licensed roofer so they can contact you about a quote, to send you a confirmation, to check the request is genuine, and to keep a record of what happened to it.
Who receives it
Your request is handled by Taylor Made Media Pty Ltd (ABN 14 701 620 144), which operates this site. We pass it to one local roofer who holds the right QBCC licence for the job, so that roofer can contact you about a quote, and we email you the roofer's business name and licence number. It is not sold to or shared with anyone else, except our service providers, who handle it only to provide their service to us: BinaryLane, which hosts our web server in Brisbane, Australia, where your request and any photo are stored; Resend, which delivers our emails from its Tokyo (Japan) sending region and stores email records in the United States; and Google, which provides our business email (Google Workspace) and may store data in the United States and other countries. We also share it where the law requires. Photos are never published.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@taylormademedia.ai. If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
We only send emails about your request. We don't send marketing emails.
