What happens next
You'll get an email with a reference number. We aim to pass your request to a local roofer within one business day (7 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday, Queensland time), and the email will tell you who it is. Requests sent after hours are picked up the next business morning.
Helpful to include
Roof type (metal, concrete tile, terracotta, fibro), one or two storeys, roughly when the house was built, where it leaks, and any storm or insurance claim details.
